Decking: Supply and Installation
Choosing the right decking can transform your outdoor space into a beautiful and functional extension of your home.
The supply and installation process begins with carefully considering your needs, budget, and aesthetic preferences. At K&M Construction we offer a wide variety of materials, from natural wood like cedar and redwood to low-maintenance composites and PVC options. Selecting the appropriate material is crucial for longevity and resistance to the elements in your specific climate.
Pergolas, Screen Walling, Shade Screens & Decks
Pergolas have surged in popularity as a way to enhance outdoor living spaces and decks, offering a blend of aesthetic appeal and functional design. They create designated areas within your yard without feeling overly enclosed, adding significant value and visual interest.
K & M offers a range of pergola options tailored to different tastes, including the easily waterproofed Fascia pergola, the sleek and modern Beamed pergola, and the intricately designed Weaved pergola, also known for its waterproofing capabilities. Custom designs are also available to perfectly match your unique requirements.
A key feature of K & M’s pergolas is their robust construction, utilizing a steel framework that is galvanized or primed and painted for maximum durability and longevity. This steel structure provides exceptional structural integrity, a factor that contributes to the overall cost but ensures a high-quality, long-lasting product. Depending on the design, composite materials are then either clad onto or slotted over this framework, creating a beautiful and resilient outdoor feature. Furthermore, certain pergola styles can be made completely waterproof with the addition of polycarbonate sheeting, transforming them into sheltered patio spaces that offer more light and style than traditional brick and mortar structures. K & M specializes in pergola installation, handling projects of all sizes with expertise and precision.
We offer the following pergolas:
- Fascia pergola – easy to waterproof

Cladding: Supply and Installation
A well-chosen exterior cladding can revolutionize a building’s aesthetic, and K & M’s composite wood cladding offers an attractive and practical solution for both new constructions and renovations. Beyond its visual appeal, this cladding provides a cost-effective alternative to traditional materials, eliminating the need for ongoing maintenance like painting, sealing, or treating. Its ease of installation further reduces costs, while its resistance to rotting, splintering, and warping ensures long-lasting beauty and structural integrity.
Available in a diverse range of colours to complement any architectural style, K & M’s cladding boasts impressive 10- or 15-year guarantees, depending on the specific range. With the Gold, Silver, and Diamond ranges, you can enjoy minimal upkeep, significant financial savings, and enhanced property value. The 5.8-meter plank lengths minimize unsightly joins, further enhancing the visual appeal of the finished facade. While each range possesses unique characteristics, all are engineered to exceed their guarantee lifespan, providing enduring beauty and protection.
